ALS-1 - Advanced Life Support Level 1 (ARC)
Description
This one-day version of the ALS Level 1 course is aimed at providing the skills and knowledge to manage a patient in the immediate period of a resuscitation crisis.
ALS Level 1 includes recognition, assessment and the immediate management of a deteriorating patient. The course manual is sent out at least four weeks prior to the course to commence preparation for the face-to-face component.
Applicants who complete ALS1 will be granted an ARC ALS certificate that is valid for 4 years.
